Following is information which will assist you in establishing new water service at your residence:
1. Contact our office with your property address so that we may locate your property on our service area maps.
2. You will be required to complete an application and the membership and application fees will need to be paid at the time of application. This application can be processed by mail and the fees paid by check or money order; or, the application can be processed by fax or email with the appropriate fees paid by credit card or check via telephone. For more information about our connection fees, please click here.
3. If your property is in a rural area, we will conduct a site evaluation to determine if there is an existing water line with sufficient capacity across the frontage of your property. If there is not an existing line, measurements will be taken and a cost estimate will be provided to you for extending the water line services to your property. This cost estimate along with your application will need to be authorized by you and forwarded to our office with the appropriate membership fee, installation and capital recovery fees prior to the commencement of work to install the new meter. At this time, an estimated installation date will be provided to you.
4. Once the meter installation is complete, additional construction charges per the cost estimate will be billed and collected.
