The amount of time required to establish new service is dependant on many factors.  Once you have paid the appropriate fees and your application has been processed, we will provide you with a timeframe for the new installation of service.  The reason for this variation can be contributed to many things, for example, if a new meter is to be set in a rural area, road or other construction may be required, and therefore, a specific interval would have to be established accordingly. 

     Shorter, more standard timeframes are available for new service within an urban area or at a residence or place of business where the meter is already set.  These timeframes will be provided to you at the time of your application.
