It is with deep sadness that we share the sudden passing of one of our esteemed board members and friend, Larry Bradley, on July 18^th. Larry has served on the Manville Board of Directors since 2022, bringing invaluable wisdom, dedication, and leadership to our organization. Our thoughts are with Larry’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Larry’s honor to the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Pflugerville, the Pfoundation - Pflugerville ISD Educational Foundation, or JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund).

May 1st - September 30th

Annually

Residential Schedule

Odd addresses – Wednesday and/or Saturday

Even addresses – Thursday and/or Sunday

Commercial & Apartments Schedule

All addresses – Tuesday and/or Friday

All Customers - Operation of irrigation systems or hose-end sprinklers should be before 10am & after 7pm. Hand watering is allowed any day and any time.

Enforcement -

1st offense - written and/or verbal notice of the violation shall be issued, the water source that supplies water to the sprinkler, irrigation system or hose will be need to be turned off.

2nd or multiple offenses- written and/or verbal notice of the violation shall be issued, the water source that supplies water to the sprinkler, irrigation system, or hose will be turned off, the meter will be locked, and a reconnect fee must be paid to restore service.
