Limited Staffing - Office Phone Hours Change

Due to the outbreak of Covid - 19 the Manville office staff has been adversly affected by the recent increase in cases, causing our already limited staff to be even smaller. We are experiencing unexpected phone closures and the inability to quickly respond to inquiries.

Our office phone hours have recently changed to 9:00am - 3:00pm. We ask that customers send email inquiries if possible to: customerservice@manvillewsc.org for setting up service at a location that already has a meter and billing inquiries or to development@manvillewsc.org for brand new meter service, subdividing / developing of property or water line information . Our staff will respond to ALL inquiries, however do expect a slower than normal response.
