Notice - Resuming Disconnection

   The period of the COVID-19 pandemic and recent winter storm has been a trying time for all in our community. Manville Water Supply Corporation understands that many of our customers experienced hardship as a result of the pandemic/storm and we opted to suspend locking water meters for non-payment. 

   The suspension of disconnections was a temporary measure to provide short-term relief for our customers. As part of our return to standard business operations, service disconnections for past due customer accounts will resume on July 26th . Any customer account past due as of this date, will be subject to disconnection of service and a re-connect fee will be applied.  

   Customers who are having difficulty paying their bills should contact our customer service staff, by July 23rd, 2021, to formulate a plan to pay any delinquent balance.
