Manville Stage 3 - Water Restrictions in effect

Stage 3 water restrictions currently limiting outdoor landscape watering to ONE day a week and non-essential water use. NO weekend watering allowed.

Mandatory water restrictions are absolutely necessary to maintain safe storage levels for fire protection & drinking water needs for all members. Members must practice water conservation and minimize or discontinue water use for non-essential purposes. If this new level of water restrictions does not lower demand, stricter measures will be necessary.

Residential customers with odd addresses are allowed to water on Mondays, even addresses are allowed to water on Wednesday and commercial  -  multifamily are allowed to water on Friday.

No outdoor watering is allowed between the hours of 10am & 7pm.

Only water with a hand-held hose, hand-held bucket, by drip irrigation, or with a permanent automatic sprinkler system during designated day and time.

Watering with hose-end sprinklers is PROHIBITED at all times.

Filling of new pools, fountains or motor vehicle, motorbike, boat, trailer, airplane, or other vehicle washing is not allowed.

PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS

  • 1st violation - Customer will receive written and/or verbal notice of the violation.
Manville employee issuing violation will turn off the water supply to the sprinkler.
  • Additional violations - Service will be immediately terminated until the next business day and a reconnection fee of $60.00 will be charged.
